  • 1. The above rates are inclusive of VAT , NBT and Service charge. Any new taxes levied by the government will be passed onto the agent.
  • 2. These special rates are confidential & specific to your respective organization. Hence should they be published in any form, we kindly request you not to publish them on a sell-alone basis and instead be sold as a package.
  • 3. 50% of the relevant payment amount should be made to confirm the reservation. Remaining amount should be settled at the resort on guest check -out.
  • 4. The resort reserves the right to carry out repairs, renovations or upgardes/preventive maintenance programs as it may deem fit, in order to keep the resort in good condition. The decision to renovate/upgarde shall be made by the resort at its absolute discretion but with guest safety & convenience in mind.
  • 5. The resort reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time by giving notice in writing should the client fail to fulfill the terms & conditions set forth herein.
